  • Community Yoga with Greg Colson. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30 am. Bring a yoga mat and cushion.  $6.00 per class

  • Scottish Country Dance 7.30pm - 9.30pm every FRIDAY, come and give it a go  
  • Seatoun Charity Knitting/Crocheting, 10am-12noon, every Thursday. Currently creating all sorts of goodies for a variety of charities including the Neonatal unit at Wellington Hospital, Womens Refuge, Night Shelter just to name a few. Every fortnight we are joined by Anne Barr from Crafty Volunteers. All welcome - great coffee and chat.
  • Steady As You Go classes. ( SAYGo) These classes were developed in Otago in 2003 and is a falls prevention programme.  The aim of the classes is to increase leg strength, flexibility and general well being. Endorsed by Sport Wellington as part of the Live Stronger for Longer Campaign.
